New Year New Attitude!

Join Gilda Joffe, Certified HeartMath Trainer and Coach on Monday February 4th at 6:30 to discuss what stress is,
how it affects us, and how we can start the path to changing our responses. Her Introduction to HeartMath will explore how to manage stress both at home and at work to increase resilience and productivity. HeartMath is a scientific approach to emotional
and behavioral change which is grounded in more than 20 years of research. It suggests very specific internal
adjustments that can heal stress at its roots by using a collection of tools and strategies especially designed to
lower stress and increase emotional and physical resilience. The stress may not change, but YOU can!
