Belfast Candidates’ Forum

Voters are invited to attend a Candidates’ Forum to meet and ask questions of the two people running for mayor of Belfast. The forum will be held in Belfast Free Library’s Abbott Room Thursday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend free of charge.
Walter Ash, the current mayor of Belfast, and challenger Samantha Paradis, along with Mike Hurley (Ward 4 councilor, running unopposed), and Eric Sanders (Ward 3 councilor, running unopposed), will all be present to answer audience questions.
Moderator of the Candidates’ Forum will be Jay Davis.
Belfast Community Radio (WBFY 100.9 FM) and Belfast Community Television (BCTV) will record and broadcast the event several times before the election Tuesday, Nov. 7.
