The Belfast Free Library has three meeting rooms available for the public to use. Please note that library programs and activities necessarily have priority in scheduling.
The Conference Room
Located on the third floor, the conference room accommodates 12-15 people. The conference room is available to reserve during library hours and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. No drop in reservations. The conference room is not available to schedule for weekly meetings, monthly meetings only.

The Abbott Room
Located on the ground floor, the Abbott Room accommodates 75 -100 people seated. The room is equipped with eight tables, chairs, a laptop, a projector, and a screen to use for programs and meetings. When inquiring about the Abbott Room, please let us know if you would like to use the projection system.

The Literacy Room:
The literacy room is a space where people of all ages can work with literacy tutors to develop and strengthen basic reading skills. Literacy Volunteers of Waldo County get priority in reserving the room. The room is also available for people to use for video conference calls and small meetings.
