Woodland Plants: Natives and Rarities Around the Globe with Rick Sawyer

Rick Sawyer will talk about his experience as a nurseryman and will share his considerable knowledge and passion for native and woodland plants. Rick and his wife, Denise, own Fernwood Nursery in Montville, Maine.

A lifelong plant enthusiast, Rick is well known for his extensive collection of hosta, including 20 of his own introductions. In addition, he provides gardeners with a wide selection of ferns, native plants, and rarities from around the globe.
