Discovering Wilderness on the Mississippi River with Chris Battaglia

Come Boating! Belfast’s Community Boating Organization and the Belfast Free Library are cosponsoring this event which is free and open to the public.

Chris Battaglia spent six weeks paddling and documenting the Lower Mississippi River from St. Louis to the Gulf of Mexico in a 30 foot
voyageur canoe. Come hear Chris share the 1,152 mile journey through stories, photographs, and video clips exploring the awe-inspiring
landscape found between the levees of the mighty Mississippi River.
