The Peace and Justice Group of Waldo County , the Belfast Free Library and the Restorative Justice Project of the Midcoast, will present the award winning film Tribal Justice, on Wednesday, September 20, at 6 pm in the Abbott Room of the Belfast free Library. A discussion will follow the screening.
