Through the wonder of cryogenics, Miles Monroe, a nebbish health food store owner is frozen in time and awakened 200 years later into a police state ruled by a ruthless dictator. Miles is then recruited into the rebel group trying to overthrow the dictator. Along the way he falls in love with a futuristic socialite who joins the rebellion.
