Genealogy Group Meeting: Intro to Digitizing Your Family History Materials

For this month’s meeting of the Wawenoc Chapter of the Maine Genealogical Society, Reference & Special Collections Librarian Sharon Pietryka will be giving a brief introduction and demonstration of how to digitize your family photographs or documents using the library’s MakerSpace. She’ll also discuss subsequent file organization and naming conventions. There will be enough time for anybody who wishes to try scanning something of their own, so feel free to bring in a photo or document.
