MakerSpace “How To”: Audio (2-part series)

Have you ever wanted to record an interview? Are you an aspiring podcaster? Or maybe you’re just curious how to make audio recordings sound great?

In this two-part series, Jim Campbell, host of Notes from the Electronic Cottage on WERU Radio and Partner in Modular Media, will be teaching the basics of audio. The first class on October 16 will cover audio recording, and the second class on October 23 will cover audio editing. No prior audio knowledge required.

Whether recording audio for use in a family history project, as part of a video production, making a new ringtone for a smartphone, or whatever your purpose, getting the best quality sound is important. Subsequent editing of that sound recording so it has the desired effect on the audience requires knowledge and attention to sound quality. Join us to improve your skills!
