The Belfast Free Library has two meeting rooms available for the public to use. Please note that library programs and activities necessarily have priority in scheduling.
The Conference Room
Located on the third floor, the conference room accommodates up to twelve people. The conference room is available to reserve during library hours and is free to use. The conference room is not available to schedule for weekly meetings, monthly meetings only.

The Abbott Room
Located on the ground floor, the Abbott Room accommodates 75 -100 people seated. The room is equipped eight tables, chairs, a laptop, projector and screen to use for programs and meetings. When inquiring about the Abbott Room, please let us know if you would like to use the projection system.
