Celebrating Coyote in Story and Song

Come join us as our guest authors share their own personal stories that inspired them to write:Coyote Moon by Maria Gianferrari, a children’s picture book and I Am Coyote by Geri Vistein, a real coyote journey for ages 10 to 110.

The authors will then take turns reading excerpts from their books, and you may expect to be drawn into the world of this amazing wild canine. Be prepared to go away feeling that you have taken a trip to what wildness truly is, and never wanting to leave it behind again.

Elizabeth Starr, Maine composer and musician, will accompany the authors with her wonderful original Coyote music that all coyotes, the Songdogs, would surely approve of.

The authors will happily sign their books for you at this time. Come ready to howl!
